How do I create an account?

You can create an account using your email address when you first open the app. Creating an account allows you to save your Bible studies, journal entries, and preferences across your devices.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the store where you purchased the app.

Apple App Store

Open:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Google Play

Open:

Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

​

IMPORTANT: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?
 

Open the app and tap:

Settings → Restore Purchases
 

If your subscription is active but is not restoring correctly, please contact support.
 

How do AI Bible explanations work?
 

Read, Reflect, Grow uses artificial intelligence to provide educational explanations of Bible passages.
 

The AI is designed to help you understand Scripture more clearly by providing:

• Plain-language explanations

• Historical and biblical context

• Practical life applications

• Reflection questions

• Scripture-based prayers
   

These explanations are intended to support your personal Bible study and should always be compared with Scripture.
 

Are my journal entries private?
 

Yes.
 

Your saved journal entries, prayer requests, and personal notes are private and associated with your account.
 

How do I enable daily reminders?
 

Open:

Settings → Notifications

You can:

• Turn reminders on or off

• Choose your preferred reminder time
   

Can I use the app without creating an account?
 

Some features may be available as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your progress, journal entries, and favorite Bible studies across devices.
 

How do I delete my account?
 

Open:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account
 

If you cannot access your account, visit our Delete Account page or email:
