Read, Reflect, Grow

At Read, Reflect, Grow, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use the app, you may permanently delete your account and associated data.

Delete Your Account in the App (Recommended)

​

You can delete your account directly within the app at any time.

​

Steps:

  1. Open Read, Reflect, Grow.

  2. Sign in to your account.

  3. Tap Profile.

  4. Open Settings.

  5. Select Delete Account.

  6. Review the confirmation message.

  7. Tap Delete My Account to permanently remove your account.

​

 

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request Account Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us.

Subject: Delete My Account

For your security, please send the request from the same email address associated with your Read, Reflect, Grow account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Information Will Be Deleted?

​

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove or anonymize, where appropriate:

  • Your account profile

  • Name and email address associated with the account

  • Saved Bible studies

  • Saved Bible passage explanations

  • Prayer journal entries

  • Reflection notes

  • Reading progress

  • Favorites and bookmarks

  • Notification preferences

  • Device notification token

What May Be Retained?

​

Certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Security and fraud prevention records

  • Limited server logs

  • Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance

  • ​

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchase records are maintained by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Subscription Notice

​

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

​

If you purchased a premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through the store where you subscribed.

​

Apple App Store

Open:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Select Read, Reflect, Grow, then choose Cancel Subscription.

​

Google Play

Open:

Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Select Read, Reflect, Grow, then choose Cancel Subscription.

​

Processing Time

​

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. In some cases, additional time may be required to comply with legal obligations or verify account ownership.
